We are a small Family Real Estate Business located in the La Mesa area of San Diego. Ron Hammett has been a licensed real estate broker in California since 1973. He specializes in the sale and management of investment properties in San Diego County. Since 2004, Jennifer Sanchez has been the associate broker. Additionally, we have a full-time maintenance staff. Together, we provide the best property management services possible. We honestly care about our properties, our clients, and our tenants, and strive to do the right thing.
As a full service property management company, we offer our property owners various options for management services. We can provide full service: collecting rents, paying all bills, handling maintenance, etc. or some variation of that depending on how involved the owner desires to be. We are flexible.
